March 19 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
The IUCN Global Standard for Nature-based Solutions self-assessment is an online tool that consists of eight criteria and associated indicators of the global standard, which address the pillars of sustainable development (biodiversity, economy, and society) and resilient project management. The tool, which previously existed as a Microsoft excel sheet has now been automated into an online platform freely available to all users.
This online platform allows users to self-assess their NbS interventions. Guided through a set of questions and encouraged to develop the documentation of their self-grading, users gather information needed to make a self-determination of their Nature-based Solutions interventions.
On the 19th of March, the Conservation Management Assurance (CMA) team based at the Secretariat in Gland cordially invites you to a webinar to present the NbS self-assessment online tool. The team will also show how to navigate the platform for utmost efficiency and accuracy.
