The Morton Arboretum, is a non-profit, internationally recognized tree-focused botanical garden and research center, founded in 1922 and located in Lisle, Illinois, USA. We are an organization dedicated to and experienced in the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity. The Morton Arboretum is composed of a public garden focused on trees, an education center, a library, an herbarium, and a Center for Tree Science. The mission of the organization is to “to collect, study, display, and conserve trees and other plants from around the world to inspire learning, foster enjoyment, benefit communities, encourage action, and enhance the environment.”
